The low noise factor is achieved by the use of a low-noise dual gate MES FETs, which has a good large signal.
The transmit-receive switching starts from a transmitting power of 100mW automatically via HF-VOX, but can also be controlled via PTT as all our preamplifiers. HF-VOX possesses an adjustable switch-off delay, which preserves the relay contacts in SSB mode.
